  • We start with a free consultation so I can find out what your needs are and whether we’re a good fit. Then, we roll the sleeves up and get to work! I am available to travel Europe-wide or work remotely.

  • The 1-day Operational Gap Snapshot costs a fixed 750 EUR. For other services, pricing is based on the scope of work, but I promise you a fair price. We can agree a bulk, project-based price or a reasonable daily retainer.

  • Depending on the scope of work, but typically three to twelve months.
